First database migration

Adds version (INT) field to meta table
Adjust ctime values
- Calculate per album, taking the floor of the average of all track ctime values
- Update if needed (actually, calculate and update if needed
Check scanning code; ensure that future additions use the same ctime for entire albums ✅
This makes the recent tracks list sane to order by ctime, tnum
