No, there's no need to add all javascript to devmode. They only need to be minimized for shipping.

Wrong, they do need to be added, because the "minified" versions need to be kept up to date.

This is done. Also did a lot of work on generalization of the former tms-ctl -- now fpc-ctl for "Firepear Container Control". Hopefully that'll be useful in future projects.

Even if not, learned some stuff.
